We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Orders 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@themojoshop.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.

 Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

We offer flat-rate shipping within the contiguous United States. A single bottle ships for a flat rate of $8.95, and orders of 2 or more bottles ship free. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
